When will I get my digital order?
After your purchase, you will receive and instant email with your download. Please look in your spam, junk, and trash folders prior to contacting With Love, Me about a lost download.
What happens if I still don’t get my download order after looking through folders?
Humans and technology make mistakes, and With Love, Me will happily resend your download. Just send us your order number so we can check our records for your purchase.
How will you know your Online Order has been shipped?
As soon as you place an order with With Love, Me you will receive an email confirmation. Once the order has been processed, you will receive another email confirming dispatch as well as the relevant details for tracking your delivery.
How long until you receive your Online Order?
Depending on your location, delivery will be within 10 to 20 business days for items that are “In stock”. Delivery to remote areas may take longer but our aim is to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
We ship internationally but please be advised that shipping times, rates & taxes are dependent on your location. We are not responsible for any additional customs charges or delays.
Delivery Services – Courier or Post
Small, Medium, Large or Oversize Orders will be delivered via Post or Courier and costs will be calculated based on volume and distance in the checkout. Please note for delivery of bulky items to remote areas, we may be required to obtain a quote separately, please contact us directly to place your Order.
Note that a signature will be required upon delivery at the nominated address. Delivery will occur between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday – Friday and we are unable provide an exact time prior to delivery.
Your Shipping Address
Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we’re unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.
Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
Insurance
With Love, Me will cover the insurance of your purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by With Love, Me and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
